Job Description:
URS Compliance Services, LLC is looking for 1 Inside Sales Executive to begin immediately.  We are located near Gwinnett Place Mall.  This position will achieve sales quotas mainly through calling on new prospective clients to create new business opportunities. Duties involve calling prospective clients to qualify new business prospects or generate leads and new business, presenting product offers, gathering new customer data. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to use existing contact base, and prospect for new opportunities through and consistently apply superior salesmanship to win competitive opportunities.
Qualification:
 
  • Must have outgoing, upbeat, vibrant personality.
  • Excellent telephone voice.
  • Must be able to travel on occasion (Approximately 10% of the time)
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must have some knowledge of computer systems and be able to comfortably discuss our application with customers
  • Must have proven sales experience especially experience calling on Executives such as company presidents, chief financial officers, corporate secretaries; the decision makers.
  • Must be well organized, disciplined, diligent, and persistent
  • Must love selling and closing deals
  • Must enjoy working the telephone and selling over the phone.
  • Ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities for the company services through directed outbound calls and cold calling
  • Spend 75% of the time engaged in outbound sales activities with prospective customers
  • Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification, account qualification and need analysis at all prospect levels
  • Record daily and weekly sales activity
  • reporting, including a pipeline, sales call activity, and related information on salesforce
